Environmental Education Week 2026 engaged students in hands-on activities and partnerships, building awareness of ecosystems, recycling, e-waste reduction and sustainable actions for our planet.

Building on last year’s success, Environmental Education Week (EEW) 2026 brought deeper partnerships and richer learning experiences for us at YPS!

From National Parks Board (NPB) speakers sharing fascinating insights into Singapore’s rainforest ecosystems, to hands-on DIY detergent-making, and our Green Ambassadors and Parent Volunteers bringing animal life cycles and food chains to life with SPARKLE Kits — there was something for everyone.

Our community partner, ALBA, also joined us to share practical e-waste reduction tips, with students depositing small household e-waste items on the spot. Every small action counts!
